It is an application for viewing and working with CAD files in DWG, DXF, DWF and DXB formats; both in 2D and 3D settings. You can apply effects to the objects like zoom, panning or rotation. Play with the layers, colours, backgrounds, open various files at once (hsCADView uses tabs) and work easily in general with these files.
